Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rotini pasta Cooked al dente
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing Homemade or store-bought
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese Shaved or grated
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes Halved
  • 1 grilled chicken breast optional: Sliced thinly
  • 1/2 cup croutons For crunch

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  • Prepare the Caesar dressing by blending anchovies, garlic, parmesan, lemon juice, and olive oil until smooth.
  • In a large bowl, combine the pasta and dressing. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Add romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and any desired proteins. Mix gently to avoid bruising the vegetables.
  • Just before serving, top with croutons, shaved parmesan, and freshly cracked pepper.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy the burst of flavors.
