  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: bacon bits fresh herbs

Avocado Egg Toast

  • 2 slices of whole-grain toast
  • 1 ripe avocado mashed
  • 2 poached eggs
  • Chili flakes and olive oil optional

Scrambled Eggs with Avocado Slices

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions
 

Classic Baked Avocado Egg

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Scoop out a bit of avocado flesh to make space for the egg.
  • Carefully crack an egg into each avocado half, avoiding spillage.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the avocados on a baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes until the egg whites are set.
  • Top with bacon bits or fresh herbs for added flavor.

Avocado Egg Toast

  • Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  • Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toast.
  • Top each slice with a poached egg.
  • Sprinkle chili flakes and drizzle olive oil for an extra kick.
